THE FANBOOK

What's K/S day?  
September 15 of 1967 is the birthdate of Amok time - the gayest Star trek episode ever filmed! Every year fans from all over the world celebrate this date as the official Kirk/Spock day!! (Yes, our fandom has its own day. Yield!)

NOW it's 2014...time to start a new fan project!

 HOW WILL THE THING WORK THIS YEAR? 
This year, each artist can independently explore the theme in a Spirky point of view

 WHAT CAN I DO TO CONTRIBUTE? 
Any media is fine! You can draw an illustration, a short comic, Write a fanfiction, do a photomanipulation, take cosplay picture...any artistic interpretation of the same theme.

 WHAT WILL BE THE THEME? 

A REBOOT OF AN EPISODE/MOVIE SITUATION IN ANOTHER UNIVERSE

Meaning....
-> Any Spirky TOS episode but in AOS.
For example: 'The enemy within' or 'Amok time' with reboot guys
-> A TOS version of a scene from one of the new movies.
For example: TOS Kirk and Spock meeting in the trial of the Kobayashi Maru in their academy time.
-> Any TOS or AOS (canon) situation....in the mirrorverse
For example: 'The empath' in mirrorverse.
-> Any TOS or AOS (canon) situation in a fan universe you consider to be very popular or self-explanatory.
For example: Amok time........Genderbend
                                ........in a universe without surak revolution
                                ........in an universe where Kirk is First Officer and Spock is the captain 

 MUST I KEEP IT SAFE FOR WORK? 

Not really! But if you choose to be naughty, please consider a censored version for Deviantart? The REAL thing can go in the fanbook with all it's nakedness

SPECIAL SURPRISE

I'll give a symbolic prize for the best entry! On September 15th there will be 2 votings:
-A closed voting just for the participants.
-An open voting where anyone can participate.

The winners will get:

- A print of the voted drawing/picture/fanfiction. (If its a fanfiction I can try my best to draw a cover per your expecification ^^).
-A 3 month membership in DA! ...OR a Star trek badge instead
